Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

From there the credit will be issued to the customer (cost of the item minus 10% and minus the shipping fee) and they can replace their order for a bigger size or different items.
